Florals
These paintings are inspired by my garden in Kent. I am slowly restoring a cottage garden and I am constantly suprised by the new plants that pop up around me. They celebrate the joy of the natural world in the simplicity of the plants that are in English gardens. I am particularly interested in the spirit of these plant and it is this force that I am aiming to convey in my paintings. I believe plants bring healing to us and if you can capture their essence then that will be helpful to the world.
